Innovative component of the computerization of the humanitarian education
AbstractChanges, which are taking place in the modern world, the modern social and cultural situation, which requires modern human mobility and an adequate response to the requirements of modern society, have been described in the article. It has been shown by the author that modern human cognition is focused on understanding rather than on explanation, i.e, it’s aim is not to identify causal laws as a cultural phenomenon determinants and explications, but to actualize their meaning. In pedagogical terms this means that the main result of education should be not a system of knowledge, skills and abilities in itself, but a set of core competencies in the modern intellectual, social, legal, communication, information spheres. It can be seen in identification of own life trajectory, gaining the experience of the independent activity and personal human responsibility. Innovation has a special place today. The meaning of the concept «educational reality» has been substantiated by the author, its ontological nature and structure have been revealed, the features of its transformation in modern conditions have been thoroughly studied. Finding ways to build a new ontology of social reality that extends beyond the boundaries of existing stereotypes, targets the problem of communication process to the improvement of the quality of education with its objective form of implementation. The role of communicative rationality in the «social construction» is to offer a new way of understanding of the existing educational practices and to open new range of possibilities. It has been noted that the assessment of innovations in terms of their impact on improvement of the quality of educational services and possibility to meet the needs of consumers is an objectively defined criteria. It is necessary to create methodologies for national independent agencies to assess its quality.It has been pointed out by the authors that arts education has a bad character. Its understanding of the cultural horizon expands, leading to a critical awareness of their cultural background, to the self-understanding and self-determination. This requires the selection of educational information technologies that would bring to student the understanding of human cultural diversity, the complexity and ambiguity of the humanistic perspectives of mankind. The communicative paradigm shift grounds of legal education, from teaching «machines» as a means of understanding of teacher’s education impact as a sphere of strategic development has been analyzed by the author.
