Modern estimation and directions of increase of social efficiency of professional activity of workers of сorrection establishments of education
AbstractIn itself research of nature and structure of social efficiency of professional activity of workers of CEE it is possible to consider incomplete, if it is not supported by empiric results and in practice does not lead to effectiveness of functioning of mechanism of such efficiency. Such situation requires the search of practical methods of scientific cognition from us. For help sociological research, which can be conducted among the workers of corection establishments of education with the purpose of exposure of them prioritets and possible backlogs of increase of social efficiency them professional activity, both internal and external, comes in this case.Therefore in this article an author is represent the basic results of research of social efficiency of professional activity of workers of CEE. Thus the important element of research is consider distributing of social effect on 5 basic constituents: internal effect, external effect, effect for a worker, effect for a pupil, effect from co-operation of worker and pupil.As a result of research a conclusion is formed, that the modern system of corection education does not create to the workers of the proper terms for the receipt of the desired social effect. Basic directions of increase of social efficiency of professional activity of workers of corection establishments of education, which will allow to show out this education on a comparatively higher social level, are also formulated.
