Moral uncognition as cognition violation. Transdisciplinary methodology of researches of neurobiology conditionality of social immaturity and criminal behaviour

Abstract

We defined direct correlation between ethics and state of cerebrum. Тhe result of underdevelopment or defeat of frontal areas will be amorality as сognition violation – moral uncognition. Goldberg offers neurobiology confirmation of amorality of man as a display of illness, id est amoral man for that facilities justify gaining end, is the carriers of frontal-basale syndrome. Patients with a syndrome have weak control above desire to satisfy the whims. They do that they like to do and then, when it likes them, not worrying about social taboos or legal prohibitions. They do not see the consequence of their actions. Goldberg suggests to characterize through the concept of moral uncognition some the state psyches that fall under «partial diminished responsibility» of people. He comes from the concept of subject uncognition of some damages of psyche and goes along in the next areas of cerebrum, that is responsible for a moral and in case of damage do a man amoral or insensitive to the questions of moral, id est by people with moral uncognition. The concept of moral uncognition arises up due to transdisciplinary methodology of researches of cognition violations on verge of coexistence of a few disciplines is ethics, neurobiology, right, philosophy.
