Консолідація демократії в період системної трансформації: концептуальні засади дослідження
Анотація
У представленій статті автором зроблена спроба порівняльного політологічного аналізу інституційних особливостей процесу консолідації демократії. Розглянуто теоретикометодологічні основи визначення сутності, факторів та моделей демократичної консолідації у західній політичній науці.Розглянуто широкий спектр політологічних аспектів консолідованої демократії – від загальної стабілізації політичних інститутів до закріплення демократичних норм на рівні широкої громадськості. У світовій порівняльній політології для концептуального обґрунтування консолідованої демократії використовуються відповідні напрями досліджень: транзитологічний, інституційний, процедурний, неоінституційний та ціннісний. До індикаторів (факторів) процесу консолідації демократії слід віднести конституційні, управлінські та психологічні. Наведено процедурні норми консолідації демократії в процесі демократичного транзиту. Консолідація демократії включає два суспільнополітичні рівні реалізації – ціннісний (досягнення консенсусу демократичного розвитку) та інституційний (плюралізм політичної системи та розвиток громадянського суспільства).Завантаження
