Людиноцентризм соціальної роботи в умовах інформаційного суспільства та розвитку штучного інтелекту: трансдисциплінарний підхід

The article is devoted to studying the problem of preserving human integrity under the rapid development of the information society and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. The information environment fundamentally changes patterns of thinking, social behavior, identity, and the psychological state of the individual. Using a transdisciplinary approach at the intersection of philosophy, sociology, psychology, information science, and social work, the study analyzes the evolution of the information environment from archaic society to the era of big data and generative artificial intelligence. It is established that the phenomenon of infodemic, algorithmic “bubbles,” and manipulative content create fundamentally new challenges for professionals in the social-humanitarian sphere. The article’s central thesis is that artificial intelligence is and should remain an auxiliary tool in social work practice: it can significantly accelerate the search for scientific data, legislative analysis, and the aggregation of assistance resources, but it can never replace a live professional. Social work, as a humanistic practice of relationships, retains an irreplaceable human dimension: empathy, cultural sensitivity, ethical judgment, and the capacity for advocacy. These qualities are the core of this extremely important profession, and no technology is capable of reproducing them. The risks of uncritical AI use are outlined: algorithmic bias and dehumanization of services, threats to client data confidentiality, the risk of delegating professional judgment to a machine, and the deepening of digital inequality. The Unified Model of AI-Enhanced Social Work (Garkisch & Goldkind, 2025) is revealed, encompassing three mandates: client, professional, and organizational. Principles for the responsible application of AI are proposed, whereby technology serves as an assistant rather than a substitute for the human being. The results can be used in training social work professionals, developing digital literacy programs, and shaping regulatory frameworks for AI in the social sphere.Завантаження
