Спільна їжа та її соціальні похідні: контекст родинних відносин

важаючи на теоретичні положення Р. Данбар, K. Вуллі, A. Фішбех, Н. Флетчер, у статті висвітлено соціальні похідні практик спільного споживання їжі / трапези як універсальних, крос-культурних процесів. Зауважено, що такі практики мали вагоме еволюційне значення в контексті антропосоціогенезу. Вони характеризуються вельми суттєвими, поліфонічними як індивідуальними, так і груповими перевагами: сприяють встановленню емоційної рівноваги, збільшують психологічну резистентність, продукують важливий ресурс соціальної довіри, стають інформативним предиктором конструктивної / інтенсивної соціальної взаємодії. Зафіксовано, що спільні практики харчування мають відповідний ефект як на мікрорівні, зокрема у родинному середовищі, так і на макрорівні, тобто у вертикальних / ієрархічних вимірах суспільного життя / спільнотах, коли йдеться здебільшого про бенкетування. Зазначено також, що деякі з виокремлених у статті теоретичних положень та висновків знайшли відповідне підтвердження за допомогою авторського емпіричного дослідження, зокрема щодо позитивного впливу процесу спільного приготування / споживання їжі в найближчому сімейному оточенні на соціальне самопочуття домогосподарства загалом і емоційний комфорт усіх його учасників зокрема, а також зміцнення сімейно-шлюбних стосунків.Водночас запропоновано авторське бачення певної різниці між, з одного боку, гастрономічною культурою, коли йдеться здебільшого про професійну майстерність кухарів та високоякісну / люксову кулінарію. Крім того, вважаємо, що гастрономічна культура представлена переважно в «позахатньому вимірі» їжі, хоч кулінарні шедеври можуть бути й візитною карткою пересічного домогосподарства. А з іншого – культурою харчування, яка традиційно розгортається насамперед біля «домашнього вогнища» та пов’язана з певними суспільними подіями / процесами, не стільки з «насолодою», скільки з «потребою» у їстівному.Завантаження
