Інституції в добу модерності: до питання про оновлення теоретико-методологічних підходів

Анотація
Актуальність. Вивчення чинників дії суспільних трансформацій на зміни соціальних інституцій, зважаючи на їхню суперечливість, важливо для сучасної інституційної теорії. Слід враховувати ріст впливу на інституції тих акторів, на яких науковцями зверталося мало уваги, наприклад, аутсайдерських прошарків, які з’являються в результаті нових соціальних нерівностей. В українському суспільстві до такого роду соціальних акторів слід також віднести частину середнього класу, сформованого у пострадянські часи. Його суб’єктність зростає, легалізуючи стандарти задоволення суспільно значимих потреб (соціальні практики, що габітуалізуються в соціальні інституції), побудовані не на принципах суспільного консенсусу, а керуючись вузькогруповими цілями. Теорії, засновані на принципі інституційного детермінізму, недостатньо враховують ці зміни постмодерного суспільства. Тому нами обґрунтовано тезу про необхідність доповнення методології інституційних студій положенням про потребу балансу між вивченням не лише ролі інституцій в суспільстві, але й аналізом впливу соціоструктурних змін суспільства на самі інституції.Метою статті є привернення уваги науковців, до вивчення чинників змін соціальних інституцій, закорінених у організації сучасної суспільної системи, а не лише до пояснення ролі та функцій інституцій в суспільстві.Результати. Доведено, що такий підхід розширює евристичні можливості інституційної теорії на вивчення впливу самого соціуму на суперечливу динаміку соціальних інституцій сучасного суспільства.Висновок. Перефокусування уваги від принципу інституційного детермінізму до пошуку механізмів інституційних трансформацій, закладених у соціоструктурних характеристиках модерних суспільств, дозволяє глибше уяснити взаємозумовленість динаміки соціуму та його інституційної підсистеми.Завантаження
