Потенціал соціологічних теорій в аналізі використання помічників на базі штучного інтелекту в вищій освіті

Анотація
Актуальність. Формування сучасного цифрового простору обумовлює нові умови функціонування освіти та формує нові технологічні рішення в її рамках. Інтелектуальні помічники на базі штучного інтелекту (ШІА) є одним з таких рішень. Вони не лише впливають на освітній процес, а й змінюють характеристики соціальних суб’єктів, систему взаємодії та взаємовідносин між ними. Ці питання потребують окремого осмислення крізь призму соціологічних теорій, бо використання ШІА змінює норми та регулятори соціальної взаємодії суб’єктів освітнього простору.Мета: розкрити можливості застосування соціологічних теорій для аналізу використання ШІА в навчальному процесі сучасних університетів.Результати. На основі соціологічних теорій соціального обміну, структурації, технологічного детермінізму, ризиків і цифрової нерівності проаналізовано формати та наслідки використання ШІА студентами й викладачами в освітньому процесі. Показано, що впровадження ШІА поєднує переваги та виклики, зумовлені обраною теоретичною перспективою. До переваг належать упровадження нових технологічних рішень і освітніх практик, формування нових норм, урахування індивідуальних потреб, посилення ролі критичного мислення, спрощення доступу до актуальних знань, розвиток цифрових компетентностей і зменшення рутинних функцій. Водночас виявлено проблемні наслідки, зокрема посилення нерівності, втрату приватності, знеособлення учасників освітнього процесу, послаблення когнітивних функцій, зростання технологічної залежності та появу нових ризиків і бар’єрів рівного доступу до освіти.Висновки. Успішність використання соціологічних теорій для аналізу використання ШІА в навчальному процесі залежить від макросередовища, організаційно-нормативних особливостей університетів, особливостей самих суб’єктів освітнього процесу. Такий аналіз дозволяє фокусуватися на ресурсах, технологіях, ризиках тощо. Застосування теоретико-соціологічного ракурсу аналізу використання ШІА в освітньому процесі дозволяє приймати стратегічні рішення щодо розвитку освіти в цілому, університетів та їх внутрішніх та зовнішніх стейкхолдерівЗавантаження
