Місце техніки у системі сталого розвитку сучасного суспільства

Анотація
Актуальність. Пошук критеріїв оцінювання стану глобального суспільства та способів і засобів забезпечення сталого розвитку суспільства. Метою є: вдосконалення уявлень про забезпечення сталості розвитку суспільства як системи.Результати. Сформовано новий науковий напрямок досліджень – філософські основи забезпечення сталого розвитку суспільства. Встановлено, що досягнення сталого розвитку людства у глобальному масштабі нині є «відкрито»- імовірнісним і нежорстко визначеним.Доведено, що оновлення у техніці виступають тригером особливо великих змін у суспільстві. Спільно компоненти технічні інновації зі зміною форми власності на засоби виробництва є відповідно необхідною і достатньою умовою для здійснення макрозсувів в структурі соціуму. Зафіксовано критерії оцінювання стану глобального суспільства, пов'язані із сучасною технікою, – цифрову нерівність та кібербезпеку.Охарактеризовано місце техніки в суспільстві – її амбівалентність і всепронизуваність нею структур, відносин і компонентів суспільства. Показано поліаспектний та той, що історично змінюється, зв'язок суспільства і техніки.Висновки. Виділено закономірності, властиві розгортанню заявленого зв'язку: (1) прискорення темпів технічного прогресу через скорочення часу між відкриттям або винаходом та їх технічним застосуванням; (2) розвиток різних галузей і видів техніки протікає у взаємозв'язку і взаємодії та викликає необхідність підтягування відстаючих галузей до передових. Саме друга закономірність надає збалансованості руху суспільства, працює на сталість його розвитку, результується у прогресі.Завантаження
