Трансверсальний підхід в освіті України: перспектива подолання нестабільності

Анотація
Стаття орієнтована на висвітлення засад трансверсального підходу в освіті, який може бути слушною альтернативною на шляху до врівноваження нестабільності процесів, які наразі відбуваються. Провадження освітнього процесу на принципах трансверсальності / трансверсального підходу, на сьогодні може бути дієвою стратегією, що в умовах цілковитої невизначеності, кризовості та ефемерності майбуття, може вплинути на стабілізацію ситуації. Актуальність. Обумовлена потребою пошуків таких стратегій в освіті, які б були ефективними саме для контексту України. За останній час більшість нововведень, норм освітніх орієнтацій нагадують випробування. Однак, ми не можемо собі дозволили й надалі проводити експерименти в межах системи освіти, оскільки це лише знижує її ресурсність та розсіює фокус у сприйнятті та розумінні єдиної стратегії. Метою дослідження є вивчення встановленої ЮНЕСКО «Рамки трансверсальних компетентносте» у відповідності до українських реалій, з їх нестабільністю ситуації та невизначеністю майбуття.Результати. Взявши до уваги встановлену ЮНЕСКО «Рамку трансверсальних компетентносте», ми аналізуємо рівень її адаптивності щодо сучасних українських реалій. Та на основі неї формуємо мережу фактичних доменів (сфер), які потребують уваги і націленості на розвиток відповідних компетенцій та навичок, які б не лише відповідали контексту нашого сьогодення, але й були б гарною перспективою до подальшого розвитку. Висновки. В результаті проведеного дослідження ми приходимо певності, що для адаптації відповідно до реалій сьогодення, пропоновану ЮНЕСКО структуру трансверсальних компетенцій необхідно переглянути. А саме, звернути увагу на «орієнтацію на глобальне громадянство». Натомість ми пропонуємо прийняти курс на зміцнення ідентичності та готовність до відбудови тощо. Ці та інші конотації, в якості стратегії, сприятимуть в подальшому розвитку повоєнної України.Завантаження
