Повсякденності ветеранів/-ок з інвалідністю при поверненні до цивільного життя: соціально-екологічний підхід

Анотація
Актуальність. Повернення ветеранів/-ок з інвалідністю до цивільного життя є складним процесом, що супроводжується фізичними, психологічними, соціальними, інституційними та законодавчими викликами. Зростання кількості ветеранів/-ок з інвалідністю внаслідок війни повномасштабного російського вторгнення в Україну зумовлює необхідність розробки комплексних підходів до адаптації. Метою дослідження є описати повсякденність ветеранів/-ок з інвалідністю після повернення до цивільного життя. Результати. Дослідження ґрунтується на аналізі наукової літератури, законодавчої бази України, соціально-екологічного підходу та глибинних напівструктурованих інтерв’ю з п’ятьма ветеранами/-ками з інвалідністю. Застосування соціально-екологічного підходу дозволило розглянути процес адаптації через чотири рівні аналізу: індивідуальний, рівень взаємин і громади, інституційний та державний. На індивідуальному рівні виявлено фізичні складнощі, хронічний біль та посттравматичний стресовий розлад (ПТСР), які впливають на повсякденність. На рівні взаємин і громади простежується нестача соціальної підтримки, ізоляція та стигматизація, що посилює складнощі адаптації. Інституційний рівень виявив проблеми у функціонуванні реабілітаційних програм, недосконалість системи протезування та труднощі в доступі до медичних і соціальних послуг. На державному рівні визначено законодавчі прогалини, просторову недоступність та бюрократичні перепони, що створюють додаткові труднощі у реалізації соціальних гарантій. Висновки. Впровадження багаторівневого підходу, що охоплює індивідуальну підтримку, розвиток соціальної взаємодії, удосконалення інституційних механізмів та реформування державної політики, сприятиме ефективній адаптації ветеранів/-ок з інвалідністю. Необхідно зосередитися на розвитку безбар’єрного середовища, покращенні реабілітаційних програм, усуненні бюрократичних перешкод та інтеграції міжнародного досвіду з урахуванням національного контексту.Завантаження
