Abstract

The problems of self­actualization of a student in the secondary education. The maximum possible completeness and implementation process of positive aspects of personal fulfillment based on its physical and spiritual potential. The process of self­actualization is a system included into the socio­cultural and educational determination and this system is defined with benchmarks, goals and attitudes of the individual at school. The feature of the process of the student self­actualization that determine the effectiveness of schooling is the strength of personality traits such as the ability to communicate, orientation, types of the character accentuations, the temperament of a person; the ability of students to self­actualization on academic performance training for school discipline and a relationship between them. The concept of self­actualization simulates conditions for the correction of teaching methods and updating of general education at school. The theory of self­actualization is a key element of the system­humanistic direction of the individual in the process of getting a quality education. Motivational principles of learning and self­actualization begins laid in early child through family attitudes and actualization of the child to education, laying the foundations for further socialization in public life. The act of self­actualization ­ is a finite number of operations performed on the basis of the subject consciously set themselves goals and strategies to achieve them produced.
