Кризові екологічні комунікації у період воєнного часу (на прикладі Запорізької АЕС)

Анотація
Актуальність дослідження визначена ядерною загрозою, що виникла внаслідок окупації та обстрілів атомних об’єктів, а також втручання в їх роботу некваліфікованих фахівців. Стаття присвячена дослідженням кризових екологічних комунікацій в контексті ядерної безпеки на атомних об’єктах, реакції суб’єктів комунікації, результату цих комунікацій та розуміння факторів, які впливають на їх ефективність. Об’єктом є кризові екологічні комунікації, а предметом – кризові екологічні комунікації у період воєнного часу на прикладі Запорізької АЕС (ЗАЕС). Мета дослідження – дослідження кризових екологічних комунікацій у період воєнного часу на прикладі ЗАЕС задля розуміння їх впливу на безпекову ситуацію та результату цих комунікацій, та які фактори впливають на їх ефективність. Результати. З’ясовано, що договори, заклики, резолюції, та заяви до Росії щодо повернення ЗАЕС під контроль України, демілітаризації станції, створення безпекової зони навколо ядерного об’єкта не діють. Росія ігнорує заяви та резолюції, представлені в міжнародних організаціях та має серйозний енергетичний та геополітичний вплив. Зафіксовано порушення прав людини у відношенні працівників ЗАЕС – допити, катування, викрадення, психологічний тиск на українських співробітників, а також тенденцію до погіршення безпекової ситуації на станції. З кожною реакцією української та міжнародної спільноти на дії Росії прослідковується тенденція погіршення безпекової ситуації на станції, мілітаризація, мінування території та об’єктів, обстріли станції. Висновки. Проведений аналіз вказує на відсутність дієвих механізмів впливу на Росію через юридичні аспекти та міжнародну політику, її геополітичний та економічний вплив. Це призвело до того, що Росія використовує атомну станцію як військову базу, як елемент ядерного шантажу, як важіль впливу на Україну та світову спільноту. Ядерна безпека України та світу все ще є актуальною темою, однак простежується зниження уваги до ЗАЕС з боку міжнародної спільноти, що підвищує рівень небезпеки ядерної катастрофи.Завантаження
