Результати «Рамштайна» для контурів нової архітектури міжнародної безпеки

Анотація
Актуальність. Результати «Рамштайна» для контурів нової архітектури міжнародної безпеки полягає у дослідженні російсько-української війни та її впливу на систему міжнародних відносин. Ця війна з точки зору теорії міжнародних відносин є міжнародним конфліктом. Повномасштабна війна РФ проти України, розв'язана росіянами у лютому 2022 р., змінила геополітичну карту світу. З’ясовано, що оскільки вона має глобальне значення для всього людства, то вона стає потужним імпульсом зміни глобального балансу в той чи інший бік. Встановлено, що певні фактори детермінують необхідність по-новому подивитися на сучасний світовий політичний розвиток, виявити проблеми, знайти шляхи їх вирішення та простежити закономірності, тенденції світового політичного процесу, у тому числі у сфері міжнародної безпеки з урахуванням тієї нової ролі, яку відіграє Україна та її союзники. Мета дослідження – з’ясувати та дослідити на основі поведінки (політики та поглядів) учасників формату «Рамштайн», як суб'єктів міжнародних відносин, і обґрунтувати тенденцію до формування якісно нового партнерства між Україною та країнами Заходу. Досягнення мети передбачає вивчити комплексну взаємозалежність у сфері безпеки, що, зі свого боку, може стати основою майбутньої нової міжнародної архітектури безпеки. Висновки. У дослідженні з’ясовано, що одним із недоліків і, можливо, ризиків формату «Рамштайн» є його залежність від позицій політичного керівництва окремих країн та недостатня формалізація (оформлення) формату, а також змодельовано можливі сценарії трансформації досвіду комплексної взаємодії в рамках «Рамштайну» у вигідні для України стратегічні спілки з урахуванням поточної ситуації у світовій політиці. Варто зазначити, що оформлення цього формату в більш серйозну міжнародну організацію потребує політичної волі багатьох суб'єктів міжнародних відносин і насамперед США.Завантаження
