Теоретичні засади та моделі європейської інтеграції

Анотація
Актуальність. Шлях України до Європейського Союзу потребує попереднього вивчення провідних «шкіл» європейської інтеграції для розуміння ставлення провідних країн ЄС шансів країн-кандидатів з Центрально-Східної Європи на повноцінне та всеосяжне входження. Метою дослідження є визначення провідних моделей європейської інтеграції, розроблених теоретиками та практиками державного управління Великобританії, Франції та Німеччини у другій половині ХХ ст. Результати. У статті на основі аналізу праць німецького політолога, професора Вольфганга Теодора Вессельса та іншої наукової літератури розкриваються теоретичні та методологічні засади осмислення і дослідження євроінтеграційних процесів. Досліджуються варіанти («школи») євроінтеграції, аналізуються моделі розвитку Європейського Союзу. У статті наголошується, що на відміну від попередніх часів, коли теорія європейської інтеграції випереджала практику, сьогодні практика випереджує теорію. А відповідно, настав час нових теорій і моделей. У центрі уваги моделей розширення та поглиблення Європейського Союзу продовжують залишатися країни-кандидати з Центрально-Східної Європи. Висновки. У процесі розширення Європейського Союзу було напрацьовано кілька моделей його співіснування. Німеччина намагається сформувати модель «Європи ядра» з явними федералістськими тенденціями зі звуженням кола учасників. У такій моделі провідними мали б стати Німеччина та Франція. Французька модель «концентричних кіл» розрізняє країни за ступенем співробітництва в окремих сферах політики. Британська модель «гнучкої Європи» втратила свою актуальність після виходу Великобританії з ЄС.Завантаження
