Теоретичні засади та практичні втілення дискурсу деколонізації в культурній політиці України (на прикладі проєкту Odesa Decolonization)

Анотація
У статті досліджено теоретичні засади та практичні втілення дискурсу деколонізації в культурній політиці України на прикладі проєкту Odesa Decolonization, який спрямований на переосмислення міських наративів Одеси. Актуальність теми зумовлена потребою в осмисленні впливу колоніальної спадщини на національну ідентичність та культурні цінності в сучасному суспільстві, в умовах постколоніального контексту. Мета дослідження – виявлення специфіки проєкту Odesa Decolonization, зокрема результатів дослідження «Одеський міський міф: наративи, структура, перспективи розвитку», яке було проведене в його межах, як прикладу соціальної практики, що створює нові наративи та пропонує альтернативний культурний контекст для Одеси в умовах постколоніального дискурсу культурної політики України. Результати дослідження демонструють, що дослідження зосереджується на переосмисленні міфу про Одесу, як «перлину імперії» та створенні нової системи цінностей, яка включає сучасне уявлення про національну ідентичність. Виявлено, що дослідження, проведене в рамках проєкту, використовує дискурсивні методи для перегляда присутніх міфів про Одесу, їх деконструкції та формування нових смислових перспектив. Проєкт підкреслює значення комунікації як основи для соціального знання, завдяки якому можливо досягти ширшого розуміння регіональної ідентичності. Висновки підкреслюють важливість комплексного підходу до деколонізації, з акцентом на культурному контексті та використанні дискурсивних практик, що сприяють переосмисленню ідентичності. З'ясовано, що подібні проєкти повинні враховувати значення системи цінностей, соціального знання та залучати різні соціальні групи для досягнення стійких змін. Охарактеризовано перспективи вдосконалення проєкту, зокрема через виявлення недоліків дослідження, таких як обмежена інклюзивність і недостатня методологічна глибина, що обмежують потенціал проєкту у формуванні всебічного розуміння культури та стійкої підтримки процесів деколонізації.Завантаження
