Соціальні ризики сучасного українського суспільства крізь призму соціологічних теорій

Анотація
Актуальність. В Україні до традиційних соціальних ризиків додалися ризики війни. За таких обставин соціологія отримує нові можливості убезпечення функціонування суспільства через виконання аутологічної місії. Метою дослідження є спроба узагальнення наявних у науковій соціологічній літературі пояснень щодо сутності соціальних ризиків функціонування й розвитку соціуму з урахуванням військової ситуації в України. Результати. Традиційні теорії соціальних ризиків засновуються на інституціональних принципах убезпечення функціонування суспільства й надають змогу аналізувати взаємодію чинників на усіх рівнях локалізації ризиків. До числа цих теорій відносять теорію суспільства ризику У. Бека (побудова моделі функціонування суспільства ризику, зміни механізмів довіри в ньому), концепцію онтологічної безпеки Е. Гідденса (звикання до життя в екстремальних умовах, катастрофізм суспільної свідомості, рутинізація соціальних ризиків), символічну концепцію ризику М. Дуглас і А. Вільдавські (розбіжності відносно усвідомлення настання ризиків та їх наслідків, соціальне дистанціювання в суспільстві), соціально-перцептивну теорію ризику Н. Лумана («формула спасіння» суспільства ризику − побудова комунікації за аутопойетичним принципом) та психометричної парадигми П. Славіка, Б. Фішхоффа, С. Ліхтенштейн (оптика бачення й суб’єктивізм сприйняття соціальних ризиків є основою нової диференціації суспільства). Висновки. Сучасне українське суспільство перетворилося на суспільство ризику й набуло рівня катастрофічного, оскільки буття в ньому являє собою накладання зовнішніх і внутрішніх ризиків, що сукупно перетнули межу соціальної прийнятності. Необхідною умовою функціонування суспільства ризику є перехід до самокритичного соціуму, що прагне до самотрансформації. Моделлю соціальних змін, яка б дозволила знизити рівень ризикогенності, може стати соціологія надзвичайності.Завантаження
