Взаємодія науково-технічного та соціального прогресу і феномен сталого розвитку суспільства

Анотація
Мета: поглиблення знання про забезпечення сталості розвитку суспільства як системи в особливому ракурсі – помістивши в фокус уваги взаємодію науково-технічного та соціального прогресу. Актуальність. Пошук критеріїв оцінювання стану глобального суспільства та методів і засобів забезпечення сталого розвитку суспільства. Результати. Уточнено поняття «сталий розвиток суспільства» із врахуванням його цілеспрямованості крізь призму духовних цінностей та «зворотнього зв’язку» як важливого регулятивного важелю. Доведено наявність прогресивних змін в таких сферах життєдіяльності людства, як збереження життя і здоров’я, зайнятість і умови праці, обсяг часу дозвілля і різноманітність його форм з опорою на статистичні показники. Спростовані радикально песимістичні підходи, що взагалі заперечують соціальний прогрес. Запропоновано інтегральний критерій прогресу – рівень гуманізації суспільства, тобто положення в ньому особистості, з індикатором середньої тривалості життя. Виявлені закономірності взаємодії науково-технічного і соціального прогресу: революціонізація науково-технічним прогресом сфер діяльності людини і стимулювання ним прогресу соціального; прискорення темпів розвитку суспільства; амбівалентний вплив техніки і науки на загальносоціальний прогрес та ін. Показано поліаспектний зв’язок абрисів загальносоціального прогресу та сталого розвитку суспільства на сучасному етапі. Висновки: визначальним показником сталого розвитку суспільства є збалансованість науково-технічного і соціального прогресу – обох взаємопроникних сутнісно інтегрованих компонентів соціогенезу.Завантаження
