Екзистенційні виклики для України у війні з РФ

Анотація
Актуальність дослідження пояснюється умовами, в яких опинилася Україна в результаті російського вторгнення і тими викликами, що набули для неї яскраво вираженого екзистенційного характеру. Попри те, що термін «екзистенційні виклики» (existential challenges) досить часто вживається засобами масової інформації, в науковому середовищі не став достатньо вживаним у пояснені зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз, з якими Україна зіткнулася в новітній період своєї історії. Метою дослідження є вивчення екзистенційних загроз для українського суспільства, породжених цивілізаційним розломом між Сходом і Заходом, що знайшов своє віддзеркалення в геополітичних амбіціях РФ і спричинив агресивну війну Росії проти України. Висновки. Екзистенційні виклики, що загрожують Україні породжені не тільки зовнішньополітичними обставинами, в яких опинилася наша держава до і після повномасштабного вторгнення РФ. Вони спричинені й внутрішніми проблемами, що не вирішувалися впродовж багатьох років умовної незалежності від Росії. Такими викликами є не тільки російсько-українська війна. До них належать: відсутність політичної еліти, здатної приймати адекватні й ефективні управлінські рішення і продукувати ідеї, які б сприяли успішному розвитку країни; майже зруйнована система освіт; спроби реалізації ініціатив, які знищують інтелектуальне середовище, науку, охорону здоров’я, український інформаційний простір; слідування суперечливим вимогам сусідніх держав, особливо в гуманітарній сфері. Все це суттєво знижує обороноздатність і стійкість країни, негативно впливає на її міжнародний авторитет, ускладнює формування загальнонаціональної стратегії розвитку на найближчу перспективу. Разом з тим народ, у переважній більшості, оптимістично налаштований щодо свого майбутнього, вірить у перемогу над ворогом і пов’язує своє життя з Україною.Завантаження
