Кризові екологічні комунікації у період воєнного часу (на прикладі Каховської ГЕС)

Анотація
Актуальність дослідження визначена подіями в Україні – підривом Каховської ГЕС. Стаття присвячена дослідженням кризових екологічних комунікацій та реакції світової спільноти на підрив Росією Каховської ГЕС. Об’єктом є кризові екологічні комунікації, а предметом – кризові екологічні комунікації у період воєнного часу на прикладі підриву Каховської ГЕС. Мета дослідження – встановлення стану формування відношення до подій в Україні вітчизняними та міжнародними екологічними активістами, політичними діячами, представниками сфери гідроенергетики та оборони, та їх позиції на прикладі підриву Каховської ГЕС, а також окреслено головні тези, що лунали в мережі інтернет та ЗМІ щодо цієї екологічної катастрофи. Результати: з’ясовано, що великий вплив на формування думки та позиції щодо підриву Каховської ГЕС мали США та Велика Британія, бо заяви офіційних представників не мали чіткої відповіді щодо винуватця катастрофи. До цього призвела відсутність незалежних доказів причетності Росії до підриву дамби, яка сталась з причини того, що не було міжнародних спостерігачів на Каховській ГЕС. Маючи розвідувальні дані щодо того, що Каховська ГЕС замінована і є великий ризик її підриву, ні Україна, а ні міжнародні організації не вжили всіх необхідних заходів для недопущення екологічної катастрофи. Висновки: проведений аналіз вказує на відсутність ґрунтовної попередньої комунікативної підготовки, а також чіткого алгоритму дій щодо комунікації та взаємодії, якщо трагедія все ж таки станеться. Це призвело до подальших сумнівів серед посадових осіб, ЗМІ та світової громадськості щодо підриву Росією Каховської ГЕС, що в свою чергу вплинуло на підтримку світової спільноти та допомогу у ліквідації наслідків на території підтоплення. Також це може вплинути на притягнення винуватця до відповідальності згідно міжнародного права та компенсації завданої екологічної шкоди.Завантаження
