Історія митної справи на українських землях в працях сучасних вітчизняних економістів та юристів (від 2010 р.)

Анотація
Актуальність. Статтю присвячено розгляду публікацій останніх років з історії митної справи України у працях сучасних вітчизняних економістів та правознавців-адміністративістів. Це пояснюється тим, що з’явилася низка таких міждисциплінарних публікацій, в яких мають враховуватися підходи і здобутки трьох наук – історії, права та економіки. Мета статті полягає у з’ясуванні наукового рівня й міждисциплінарних зв’язків публікацій, цілком або частково присвячених історії митної справи України, написаних представниками економічної та адміністративно-правової науки. Результати статті полягають у критичному розборі періодизації та змісту історії митної справи України, оприлюднених у наукових публікаціях, дисертаційних дослідженнях та підручниках і посібниках представників економічної та адміністративно-правової науки. Встановлено, що хибна періодизація, запропонована колективом авторів у 2005 р., була відтворена у підручнику 2010 р., а з останнього її некритично запозичили автори кількох статей і дисертації. У багатьох працях відсутні згадки про митну систему на українських землях, що з середин XIV ст. входили до складу різних держав, а також про Українську Народну Республіку та Українську Державу. Натомість якіснішими за змістом є дослідження, присвячені окремому часовому періодові або певному регіону. Зроблено висновки, що значна частина фахівців у галузі економіки та адміністративного права практично необізнані з солідним доробком сучасних вітчизняних істориків, з історичними джерелами, наслідком чого є хибні твердження та пропуски значних часових періодів. Вважаємо, що невеликі за обсягом статті, в яких автори намагаються охарактеризувати усю багатовікову історію митної справи на українських землях є непродуктивними. Значно вищу цінність мають студії, в яких розглянуто окремий період чи певний аспект даної проблематики, а також дослідження з історії митних відносин у окремій місцевості нашої держави, що сприятиме появі нових синтетичних праць.Завантаження
