Екзистенційний вибір країн Центрально-Східної Європи в умовах російсько-української війни

Анотація
Актуальність. Після краху соціалістичного блоку країни Центрально-Східної Європи (ЦСЄ) набули можливість самостійно обирати шлях розвитку, орієнтуючись на моделі розвинених західних демократій. Однак весь цей час Росія намагалася відновити тут вплив на суспільні настрої та політикум, активно просуваючи псевдонаукові ідеї своєї винятково значимої ролі. Регіон різною мірою протидіяв подібним наративам, але позиція країн змінилась після 24 лютого 2022 р. Для цивілізованого світу вторгнення російської армії на територію України стало порушенням міжнародного права та наступом авторитаризму на демократію в глобальному вимірі. Але країни ЦСЄ побачили в цьому ще й загрозу існування власній державності. Метою статті є дослідити позицію країн як стратегічний вибір їх зовнішньої політики в умовах російсько-української війни та реальної загрози з боку РФ по відношенню до них. Результати. Країни ЦСЭ в різних багатосторонніх заявах висловились із засудженням дій Росії і в цілому згуртувалися у протидії агресору. Одначе політичне керівництво країн з сильно вкоріненими російськими впливами, як-от Угорщина та Сербія, виступало проти антиросійських санкцій та поставок Україні зброї. Разом з тим, демократичні інституційні ресурси ЄС, а також чинник участі в міждержавних об’єднаннях або ініціативах утримують окремі країни в межах консолідованої позиції демократичного світу. Висновки. В дослідженні встановлено, що позиція країн ЦСЄ в умовах війни є екзистенційним вибором – він виходить за межі допомоги Україні та є питанням збереження їх державності, а також долі демократії в світі. Проявами екзистенційного вибору є усвідомлення вищим політичним керівництвом досліджуваної спільноти ролі України як захисного бар’єра на шляху просування російської армії в Європу та консолідована підтримка нашої держави.Завантаження
