Проблема медикалізації суспільного буття у постковідних реаліях

Актуальність. Дослідження процесів медикалізації в сучасному суспільстві є актуальним із огляду на величезний вплив глобальної пандемії COVID-19 на всі соціальні інститути, форми суспільних відносин та підвищення ролі медицини та фармакології в постковідних реаліях. Концепт медикалізації, винайдений західними інтелектуалами наприкінці 1960-х років, набув нових негативних та позитивних інтерпретацій, які потребують свого філософського осмислення. Метою дослідження є визначення ролі медицини в сучасному глобалізованому світі, який пережив пандемію COVID-19. У статті застосовано такі методи дослідження: герменевтичний, структурно-функціональний, компоративістський, соціального аналізу, логічний та інші, які дозволили комплексно та всебічно дослідити головні аспекти досліджуваної проблеми. У процесі дослідження отримано такі результати: визначено сучасні інтерпретацій концептів медикалізації та фармакологізації; виявлено специфіку соціальних наслідків глобальної пандемії COVID-19 та безпрецедентних заходів з її подолання; визначено особливості процесів медикалізації та фармакологізації під впливом комерціалізації медицини та впливу ЗМІ на суспільні настрої населення під час пандемії та в постковідний період; розкриті сучасні форми сек'юритизація медицини, тобто набуття медичними службами силових повноважень. У ході дослідження зроблені наступні висновки: у сучасних постковідних реаліях залишаються відчутними медикалізація та фармакологізація суспільства як процеси посилення ролі медицини та фармакології в житті людей та суспільства; відбулася також медикалізації повсякденного життя – сек'юритизація медицини, тобто набуття медичними службами силових повноважень; медичні та фармакологічні інституції почали виконувати не тільки функції лікування й профілактики, а й соціального контролю, що утворило в суспільстві нові довгострокові ризики та небезпеки. Вказано, що медикалізація та фармакологізація суспільства, які виникли задовго до пандемії, і які мають свої як негативні, так і позитивні параметри лише посилилися внаслідок безпрецедентних заходів з її подолання.Завантаження
