До питання соціальної дискримінації в Радянській Україні 1920-х років

Анотація
Мета статті – дослідити соціальне і майнове розшарування в суспільстві Радянської України та визначити значення соціальної дискримінації для формування «нової людини» в міжвоєнний період. Методи дослідження. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на принципах історизму, об’єктивності і системності. Використано методи аналізу і синтезу, індукції і дедукції та узагальнення, що дозволило зосередити увагу на визначальних елементах названої проблеми. Основні результати: У статті розглянуто місце соціальної і майнової дискримінації в українському суспільстві періоду встановлення і утвердження радянської влади в Україні. З’ясовано їх значення як засобу виховання «нової людини», позбавленої національних ознак та культурних відмінностей. На прикладах проілюстровано застосування соціально-правового примусу в часи становлення сталінського тоталітаризму. Доведено, що позбавлення соціальних і майнових прав було звичайною практикою ставлення до всіх категорій українського населення в названий період і широко застосовувалося не тільки до окремих осіб, але й також до членів їх сімей. Значну увагу приділено правовій базі штучно створеної в 20-х роках ХХ ст. соціальної нерівності, яка відбилася на всіх прошарках національного соціуму, покликаної забезпечити формування лояльності до влади шляхом державного тиску та примусу. Наукова новизна полягає в комплексному дослідженні соціальної дискримінації та породженої нею соціальної нерівності як одного з провідних факторів формування «нової людини» на території українських земель, окупованих більшовицькою росією. Це дозволяє остаточно спростувати міф про загальну рівність як одну з головних засад розбудови комуністичного суспільства та довести, на основі використаних архівних документів та наявної історіографії, злочинний характер більшовизму в Україні у міжвоєнний час.Завантаження
