Since 1992 till now - the scientific leader of the regional program for the preparation of the scientific and documentary series of works of the national project "Rehabilitated by history", within the framework of which more than two dozen books were published. Participated in the preparation of the National Book of Memory of the victims of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine (volume "Dnipropetrovsk Region"), a two-volume popular science publication "The figures of state authority and self-government of the Dnipropetrovsk region: historical essays", several versions of the history of the city of Dnipropetrovsk ), five-volume edition "History of civil service in Ukraine", etc.
